Privacy and data protection
THE EASY BOX BUILDER INTERNACIONAL S.L., in compliance with the law and current regulations regarding protection of personal information, Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December (LOPD) and other regulations which complement and extend that law, hereby pledges to respect privacy and personal information which the user provides voluntarily whilst giving express and unequivocal consent. Personal information shall be stored on a computerized file for which THE EASY BOX BUILDER INTERNACIONAL S.L. is responsible.
THE EASY BOX BUILDER INTERNACIONAL S.L. has taken a series of security and confidentiality measures which cover the daily work of its employees and which are summarised in article 10 of the previously cited Organic Law: “The body responsible for the file and for those who are involved in any phase of the processing of personal information are obliged to uphold professional confidentiality and are duty-bound to protect the information. These obligations shall remain in place even after the business relationship with the user whose computerized file it is, or the body responsible for the file, has ended.”
The user shall provide the information necessary to the functions of THE EASY BOX BUILDER INTERNACIONAL S.L website. That information shall not be made available to any third party nor posted on the internet without express authorisation from the user.
The companies which work with THE EASY BOX BUILDER INTERNACIONAL S.L shall have access to the aforementioned personal information, which may be used in order to send out business information, as well as offers, services and products which may be of interest.
THE EASY BOX BUILDER INTERNACIONAL S.L. guarantees that back-up copies of the information stored in the system, including the user’s documents and files, shall be made on a daily basis. In the highly unlikely event of The Box Builder – Online services being discontinued, only those clients who have contracted the relevant service shall receive, at no extra cost, the complete final back-up copy of their information and documents.
The user may request access to their personal information, as well as its correction or deletion, at any time by sending an e-mail to data@theboxbuilder.com and stating their name and ID number and clearly expressing their wish to stop receiving business information.
THE EASY BOX BUILDER INTERNACIONAL S.L. may, either itself or through a third party contracted to provide the service, use cookies when an internet user connects to the pages of its website. Cookies are files sent to a browser by a web server in order to record the activity of a user on the website.

THE BOX BUILDER is an independent software engineering company which specialises in developing Internet software solutions for the management of complex information networks, and which offers its services as an online application service provider (ASP).
THE EASY BOX BUILDER INTERNACIONAL, S.L., is currently operating on the Internet under the domain name www.theboxbuilder.com, is owner of all the rights, and offers its services as an online application service provider (ASP).
2.- The use of this website confers the status of site user, which implies compliance with these conditions as posted at the time of accessing the site. THE BOX BUILDER therefore recommends that the user read them carefully each time they access the website.
